H.R. 3377 To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic act with respect to dietary supplements.
S. 722 To amend the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic act to require that manufacturers of dietary supplements submit to The Federal Food and Drug Administration reports on adverse experiences with dietary supplements, and for other purposes.
H. CON. RES. 52 Expressing the sense of all Congress that all major sports organizations should ban the use of ephedra and dietary supplements containing ephedrine.
H.R. 1075 To amend the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act with respect to dietary supplements containing natural or synthetic ephedrine group alkinoids, and for other purposes.
H.R. 2627 To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide that amounts paid for foods and for special dietary use, dietary supplements, or medical foods shall be treated as medical expenses.
H.R. 724 To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require that manufacturers of dietary supplements register with the Food and Drug Administration, to require the submission to such Administration of reports on adverse experiences regarding such supplements, and for other purposes.
H.R. 725 To amend the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act to establish labeling and advertising requirements for dietary supplements containing ephedrine alkinoids, to prohibit sales of such supplements to individuals under 18, and for other purposes.
S. 1538 To ensure that the goals of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 are met by authorizing appropriations to fully enforce and implement such Act and the amendments made by such Act, and for other purposes.
